Initially, the Astragale was a colonial house in Tunis's chic and highly prized "French" district; its ideal location enjoys exceptional calm and serenity. Today we removed our garden furniture to bring our terrace back to life. We are delighted to announce the launch of the new summer menu; the Chef marvels at everything and feeds his inspiration from sources as diverse as they are surprising: travel memories, colours, scents, sensations, and emotions, inspire him classic but inventive and cheerful recipes with tasty combinations and delicate flavours.
