We want to share our pleasure with you, no matter your specific dietary requirements, so we are happy to provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. We source our ingredients locally, strongly emphasising sustainable, ethically farmed foodstuffs. This makes sense for two reasons: it leaves a smaller footprint on the region, and local ingredients, gathered close to Cape Town, taste better.
